Delete account

1. Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your SortInk account from the mobile app (Account / Ladder). Deletion removes your profile, Ladder score, leaderboard entry and associated server data, subject to legal retention we must keep.

2. What happens when you delete

• Your account and Ladder data on our servers are deleted or anonymised.
• Your display name is freed for reuse. See our Terms for full details.
• Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law, then deleted or anonymised. See our Privacy.

If you cannot use in-app deletion or have questions, contact support@sortink.com from the email linked to your account. We may ask for reasonable verification.
